Sushi making experience class with a professional sushi chef and his bilingual ( English & Japanese ) wife at a well-established Japanese sushi restaurant, Satsumaya. It is located about 15 to 20-minute drive from Kamakura / Enoshima, or 15-minute walk from Fujisawa Station (The Enoden line , The JR Tokaido line, The Odakyu Enoshima Line). This is an experience where even beginners can easily make three types of sushi ,Hoso maki sushi , Gunkan maki sushi and Nigiri sushi. Starting from the basics of how to use a Japanese kitchen knife. After making all kinds of sushi, you can have your own sushi with some dishes , Satsuma-age= fried fish cake, chawan-mushi = steamed egg custard with assorted ingredients , osui-mono soup = a Japanese style soup with a clear broth with salt ,dessert and tea over chatting with the chef and the wife in the restaurant. We will give you a certificate of completion at the end upon your request. |
